By using this website or purchasing from Postal Greeting, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to digital products, personalized stationery and celebration products purchased directly through Postal Greeting.
Use of the Site
Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.
Digital Products
Postal Greeting products are primarily digital. No physical product will be shipped unless the individual product listing specifically states otherwise.
Digital files are provided for the purchaser's personal use only and may not be resold, shared, redistributed or used commercially.
Personalized Orders
Some products include personalization of names, dates, addresses, event details, wording and links within predetermined areas of an existing Postal Greeting design.
Personalization does not include changes to the artwork, colours, fonts or overall design unless specifically stated in the product description.
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the information submitted for personalization.
If Postal Greeting makes an error when transferring the information you supplied, I will correct it at no additional charge.
Changes requested after an order has been completed may incur an additional editing fee.
Turnaround & Delivery
Personalized orders are normally completed within 24–48 hours after all required information has been received.
Ready-to-download products are delivered according to the instructions provided at purchase.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my reasonable control. If there is a significant delay with a personalized order, I will contact you.
Printing
Print-at-home products may be printed at home or through a third-party printing service.
Colours can vary between screens, printers, inks and papers. Postal Greeting cannot guarantee an exact colour match between what is displayed on screen and the finished printed product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their chosen printer or printing service is suitable for the files supplied.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are final sale once digital content has been delivered or accessed. Personalized orders are final sale once personalization work has begun. Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are therefore not accepted after these points, except where required by applicable law.
If Postal Greeting has made an error, a file is faulty or missing, or the product supplied is materially different from its description, please contact me so the issue can be corrected.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, layouts, branding, written content and other original material created by Postal Greeting remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold or used commercially without permission.
Purchasing a Postal Greeting product gives you permission to use the supplied files for their intended personal use. It does not transfer ownership of the design or artwork.
Third-Party Services & Links
Postal Greeting products may occasionally contain links to third-party websites or services, such as RSVP forms, registries, printing services or recommended suppliers.
Postal Greeting is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, products or operation of third-party websites and services.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Postal Greeting is not responsible for losses or problems caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party service interruptions, printing differences, customer-supplied errors or technical issues outside the Postal Greeting website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.
