Delivery & Digital Orders

Digital Products. Postal Greeting's stationery and celebration collections are digital products. No physical item will be shipped unless a product is specifically described as a physical product.

Personalized Orders. Some Postal Greeting products are personalized for your celebration. After purchasing, you'll be asked to provide the event details needed to complete your order. Please check the information you submit carefully.

Turnaround Time. Personalized files are normally completed and delivered within 24–48 hours after I receive all the information required for your order.

Ready-to-Download Products. Products that don't require personalization can be accessed according to the delivery instructions provided with your purchase.

Printing. Print-at-home products can be printed using your home printer or through a local or online printing service. Colours may vary slightly between screens, printers and different papers.

Personalized, Not Bespoke. Personalization includes adding your event information to the existing design. Changes to the artwork, colours, fonts or overall design are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
