A Postal Greeting (operated by a sole trader under their personal name until tax thresholds require otherwise) aims to prepare and send each order with care and clarity. This policy explains how orders are processed and shipped.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically prepared and mailed within the stated processing time on each product listing.

  • During busy seasons or subscription cycles, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped through Canada Post unless otherwise noted.

  • The Snail Mail Club is sent via untracked letter mail.

  • Other items may be shipped untracked or tracked depending on the product and shipping selection at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines depend on Canada Post and may vary by region or season. Once an order has been mailed, delivery speed and postal handling are outside the control of A Postal Greeting.

Lost or Delayed Mail

  • A Postal Greeting is not responsible for lost or delayed untracked Canada Post items.

  • If your Snail Mail Club delivery has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out so assistance can be offered.

Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariff charges applied by their country. A Postal Greeting does not cover or reimburse these fees.
