Do you accept returns?
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order, as we print exactly what is submitted. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, names, or messages provided by the customer.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Damsonsdoodles@gmail.com with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as each card is made to order.
4. Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Damson’s Doodles and cannot be used, copied, or resold without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or any postal service once an item has been shipped.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order ships.
