Frequently Asked Questions

Rebinding Disclaimer. All planners and journals are created through a rebinding process using legally purchased, in‑print children’s books. I never reproduce or resell the story itself, only transform the physical book into a functional, handmade piece.
Order Cancellations. I’m unable to offer refunds on cancelled orders. Materials are purchased as soon as an order is placed, and each item is made by hand with care.
Damaged Items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me through the Contact form within 14 days of receiving it. This date is calculated from the day your package was mailed.
In‑Print Books Only. At this time, I only rebind books that are currently in print. This keeps everything legal, ethical, and cozy.
Shipping Regions. I currently ship within Canada only.

Digital products, such as shelf‑sitter images and printable stationery, are available worldwide for instant download.

Shipping Costs. Shipping is not free. It is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Tracking & Responsibility. All physical orders over $35 ship with tracking for your peace of mind. Once a package is shipped and handed to the carrier, it is no longer within my control. Please use your tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
Custom Orders. Custom planners and journals can be requested through the planner or journal product pages. If you’d like something special, just follow the instructions there or reach out through the Contact page.
Processing & Shipping Times. Each item is handmade, so processing times may vary. Your patience means the world while I create your piece with care.
Newsletter Updates. My shop grows slowly and lovingly. If you’d like gentle updates as new items are added, you’re welcome to join the newsletter anytime.
